Roland Boemer has deep and long experience of the law and business with US based multinationals in the IT & Technology industry. He traveled to and worked in many jurisdictions and is familiar with the cultural specialties of different geographies.

Significant experience of: (i) negotiating high pressure, large revenue, commercial deals with customers, partners and others (ii) designing and managing compliance and governance policies and programs, including deal analysis and management.
